The International Institute of Montessori Pedagogy and the Interregional Montessori Association are preparing their annual conference, the St Petersburg Montessori Readings, for 26–28 November. The main topic is what and how a Montessori school teaches children aged 6–12; teachers of other age levels are invited too, to discuss the transitions between them. Planned fees range from RUB 5,000 for one day to RUB 12,000 for all three. Whether the conference goes ahead this year depends on demand, so the organisers ask those interested to answer a short survey linked in their post.
